Arjun Anand
Arjun Anand is Chief Executive Officer APAC for Klay, currently leading the expansion of the business to serve Ultra High Net-Worth families, SFOs & Institutional clients in Asia. He is also spearheading strategic initiatives for Klay Group and assisting to set up new business verticals.
Arjun has been with Klay since 2013 and prior to moving to Singapore he spent 8 years in Dubai building client advisory teams & the UHNI business. He thrives in an environment of integrating wealth, succession planning and corporate advisory solutions for entrepreneurs with complex needs.
Having spent over 17 years focused on private client advisory, he started his career at HSBC where his last role was Vice President, Wealth Management at HSBC Middle East.
He holds a Master’s in Business Management and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St Xavier’s Kolkata, India.
Cheryl Lee is the Group Chief Marketing Officer of Klay Group, based in Singapore, where she leads the strategic vision and stewardship of brand, communications, and market positioning across the Group’s global footprint.
Cheryl Wong
Cheryl Wong is the Chief Operating Officer for Klay Group and is based in Singapore. With over 30 years of experience across risk management, compliance, operational excellence, and transformation, Cheryl has held senior leadership roles at globally recognised institutions — including COO at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, and Head of Compliance at BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank.
Her expertise spans Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Retail Banking, making her a valuable addition as we continue to scale our presence in the region.
Cheryl will help drive the expansion of Klay Singapore wealth management operations and reinforce our commitment to overall excellence.
Uday Vikram
Uday Vikram is a Co-CIO and is based in Singapore. He joined the Klay Group in 2013. Prior to Klay, Uday worked at Reliance Capital Asset Management, DIFC.
He is a part of the global investment committee and oversees investment strategy for the group. Uday is a CFA charterholder and holds master's degree in Advanced Finance from IE University, Spain
Aadil Ebrahim
Aadil Ebrahim is the Group Head of Equities & Portfolio Manager for the Klay Group and is based in Singapore.
He has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry. He was previously a portfolio manager for the Concentrated Growth Equities team at Alliance Bernstein in Singapore where he covered Asian investments. Prior to that he was at a boutique asset management firm, Bowen Asia, in Hong Kong managing concentrated growth equity portfolios.
He started his career as an investment banking analyst with Schroder & Co in New York and Hong Kong. He holds a BBA from the University of Michigan Business School, Ann Arbor and a Msc in Finance from City University Business School (Bayes Business School), London.
Huai Ching Poh
Huai Ching Poh is the Head of Compliance at Klay Group and is based in Singapore.
Huai Ching brings over 10 years of experience in regulatory and financial crime compliance, having worked across various financial institutions, including Credit Suisse, Evercore, and Standard Chartered Bank. His strong background in compliance and risk management will be a valuable asset as we continue to strengthen our governance and support the firm’s strategic growth.
Huai Ching holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Singapore Management University (SMU) and is currently pursuing a second Master’s in Cross-Border Business and Finance Law in Asia at the same institution.
Hetav Madani
Hetav Madani is a certified chartered accountant and manages the financial, regulatory and management reporting for Klay Singapore.
He joined the Klay Dubai finance team in 2019, before moving to Singapore in 2021. Prior to Klay, he was with BDO UAE as an external auditor for four years specializing in the financial services and construction industries.
Grace Ong
Grace Ong is the Head of Operations at Klay Group, based in Singapore.
Grace brings with her a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career as an auditor with KPMG, then spent eight years in a global fund services firm, focusing on fund accounting and transfer agency services.
Since 2015, she’s been with Deutsche Bank, where she spent the last 10 years growing her career in Wealth Management Operations—most recently as Head of Middle Office & Business Control for APAC.
